• Withdrawal forms received before 21:00 GMT (5:00 PM EST) will be processed the same business day. Any forms received after this time may not be processed until the following day.
• Funds can only be returned to a bank account in the same name as your EZ SQUARE trading account due to third party transaction regulations.
• Credit card withdrawal can only be used for the deposit amount made using a credit card – for amounts above this a different withdrawal method must be used.
• Any transfer fees charged by our banking institution are passed onto the Client.
• Withdrawals made by Bank Wire Transfer usually take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
• There may be unforeseen circumstances whereby withdrawal times may be longer.
• Depending on the method chosen, processing time may be out of EZ SQUARE's control.

Transaction Fees

EZ SQUARE does not charge any internal transfer fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, please note that payments to and from international banking institutions or providers may incur a transaction fee from either end, which is independent of EZ SQUARE. Any and all such fees will be the responsibility of the client and not of EZ SQUARE

Note EZ SQUARE accepts no liability in the event a Client is unable to deposit funds due to technical problems and Clients should always ensure there are excess funds in their account to allow for adverse movements in the financial markets. Restrictions prohibit EZ SQUARE from accepting third-party payments. All funds must come from a bank account in the same name as your EZ SQUARE trading account. Joint bank account payments are accepted if your name is one of the parties on the joint bank account.
